At Cricket Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the cricket equipment in its original box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
